Our Brandy has a delicate, golden colour.
On the nose, clear notes of black cherry emerge, accompanied by the scent of liquorice and vanilla, followed by hints of dried fruit, toasted almonds, nuts and, for the more discerning, light spicy nuances.
We had organic wine, which we produced when we were still tending a few vineyards near Vinci.
That wine had to become something special, and after an 18-month ageing in barrique barrels, here comes the transformation: LULIAN Tuscan Organic Brandy.
One has to pour it into the glass, allow oneself to be lulled by the warmth of a winter fireplace or on a cool summer’s evening, immerse oneself in the taste to savour the fruity notes of black cherry, warm roasted wood, bitter cocoa and sweet spices.
We recommend it with dry pastries, dark chocolate and quality cigars. Another piece of advice, experience it as a moment of meditation, a moment of relaxation, putting your mind at rest and finding the present moment.
